My video explores the concept of time through the lens of eastern philosophies (e.g. Zen Buddhism), rejecting the notion of time as linear and instead viewing it as a dynamic and interdependent process.

Here, the non-linear nature of time is emergent in the Möbius strip in how it illustrates cyclicality and continuity.

My video features Orbital's track, “Time Becomes” - an experimental recording that uses a sample of Michael Dorn as Lieutenant Worf in Star Trek: The Next Generation. The sample is repeated and manipulated in stereo, creating a distorted temporal experience.

The repeated phrase "where time becomes a loop" varies in speed between the audio channels, syncing and disconnecting, echoing the Möbius strip's looping nature. This sonic representation questions our perception of time, suggesting its relativity and subjectivity based on the audio channel you focus on.
